QUARANTINE ORANGE CHICKEN

If you are a chicken lover just like me but…you are bored with the regular chicken curry or masala chicken…Orange chicken is here to lift your mood. Orange chicken as the name suggests have orange and chicken as its main ingredients. If you are on a high diet this gonna be a perfect flavorful recipe to try on and swing your mood up from your boring regular diet chart.

Well, I named the dish "Quarantine orange chicken" specifically because here in this dish I have used the ingredients that are easily available in our household. (It will be too silly to go out or urge our parents to go out in this situation to buy unnecessary items.)
Main ingredients:

Chicken (500 gm)
Oranges (3 medium-sized oranges)
Ginger garlic paste (4 tablespoons)
Green chili paste (2 tablespoons)
Soya sauce (2 teaspoons)
Chilli tomato sauce (5 tablespoons)
Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Sunflower cooking oil
Besan
Salt
Before you start:
Prepare the orange zest by scrubbing the orange's peel. (1/2 teaspoon only).
Make 2 cups of orange juice. (Don't forget to strain)

How to cook:
Make the batter with besan, add a little bit of salt and dip all the chicken pieces into the batter and keep them in a cool place (not in the refrigerator) for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the pan on which you are going to cook and add some sunflower( enough to sauté the chicken pieces)
When the oil is heated sauté all the chicken pieces until they turn yellow to light brown. ( do not deep fry).
Once done, on the same pan add some ginger garlic paste and green chili paste and keep them cooking until there is no raw smell.
Add the orange juice, tomato chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar one by one.
Add all the pieces of fried chicken, add some salt according to taste and cook for 10 minutes. ( close the lid of the pan).
Once fully cooked add the orange zest at the end.
Yaayyy!!!! The Quarantine Orange Chicken is ready to melt your heart with its sweet and spicy taste.

BEING.HUMAN

Pride the deadly sin Pride erects a little kingdom of its own and acts as a sovereign in it- William Hazlit “I’m proud of my beauty. I’m proud of my punctuality, discipline…” These are few things people often get swelled up with pride. But what exactly is pride? Does it serve us or trap us? Perhaps there is a good reason why pride is considered one of the seven deadly sins. Definition of pride: Pride derives from the French word “ prud ,” which is a late Old English word variously translated as “excellent, splendid, arrogant and haughty. There is absolutely no wrong in getting satisfied if we achieve something may it be any field, in academic life, social life or love life. But if we allow these things to define who we are, we set ourselves up for misery. We can only value ourselves by validating, affirming, and valuing ourselves for what we are. Achievements are ephemeral and can often become a trap. If we want to achieve better to feel bett...

CONFESSION OF AN INDIAN GIRL

What is he called who pays for my body?? Prostitute I looked at the white ceilings,   my thighs ached, I was touched passionately,  but not loved, My body was discovered,  but not my heart. He enjoyed my voice   and not thy screams. He fluttered his fingers over my chest and naval,  but never through my hairs and pains. The scars on my neck- red and swollen My lips remained silent without any mumble. I was left naked, wounded, torn Searching for life in vain.
